  2. Collective learning-by-doing session(s) with your team
  3. Follow up session(s) with you then with team to check in on learnings
More detail for this flow
  1. Planning session (2 hours): Deep dive with you about your goals for your team & your org. We’ll design a strategy to initially engage your team & do the preliminary setup together so that you play an integral role in their development.
  2. Collective learning session (4-6 hours): With your team, explore where things are today & where they could be. Explore how to get there, including which commitments are needed for feeling safe to journey together. Identify small tests of change to try + how to check in.
  3. Follow up session (2 hours): Engage the team in deep reflection. What were you able to try since last time? What’s going well, what’s difficult, what are you learning? Bring in skill & system development as needed. Identify where to go from here.
