With 20 years of experience supporting executives and creatives, Dr. Sara Cohen leverages her background as an educator, information scientist, and lifelong learner to help individuals, groups, and organizations achieve greater success.
Her diverse expertise spans academia, research, nonprofits, technology, local government, and healthcare. She’s held leadership roles as a consultant, coach, analyst, and director – all shaping her unique ability to listen closely, understand complex systems and create conditions for ongoing improvement.

I support leaders who are committed to their own development as they pursue their meaningful work in the world. Through deep listening, reflection, coaching, systems design, and small tests of change in their own organizations, I help clients tap into their evolving visions, articulate what they know, and courageously, curiously, and joyfully take iterative steps towards those visions.
I am always up to transformation
As a mother and business owner, I understand the need for solid processes and practices that optimize for what matters. I know from experience the value of investing in my own growth and being inside of mentorship containers and with supportive community.
